What helps us fix it fast
- The page address. A title works, a URL is faster.
- What specifically is wrong. “The third example under Usage Rules” beats “there is a mistake somewhere”.
- What you think it should say, if you have a view. A source saves us finding one, but is not required.
When you will hear back
Normally within one to two business days.
Error reports are usually acted on before they are replied to — if you flagged something and the page is already fixed when you check, that is why.
